Job Description

We are looking for experienced legal minds to join and manage our new office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exceptional experience in a varied and fast-paced environment.

You will play an important role such as:

  • Provide legal advice or sound solutions on commercial matters.
  • Draft review or negotiate agreements, contracts, and any other commercial and legal documents.
  • Strong client focus and be able to develop rapport and solid collaboration strategies with management.
  • Attend to ad-hoc projects and other duties as may be assigned including at Client’s premises.

What you will need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
  • Possess a Lawyer License.
  • 6-8 years of working experience preferably with Corporate and Commercial matters.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, multi-tasking and manage datelines.
  • Good analytical skills, adaptability, able to communicate effectively, meticulous, good business acumen and resourceful.
  • In house legal experience would be advantageous.
  • A self-starter who can work independently to manage the company in Vietnam.
