Job Description
Handle corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of clientele independently. For Junior staff, we will guide & mentor them.
Attend meetings, prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings.
Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Regularly review/update and maintaining proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance.
Maintaining proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records.
Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients work, and maintaining high level clients’ services.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least an ICSA qualification.
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial firm.
Preference will be given to candidates who can handle public listed companies.
Good understanding of Bursa Malaysia’s listing requirements, Securities Commission’s Guidelines, and other relevant regulations related to public listed companies.
Good command of written and spoken English, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Diligent, self-motivated, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility.
