Conduct industry research and financial analysis to support client engagements.
Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and other client presentations.
Analyze financial statements to evaluate potential transactions.
Participate in due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors.
Support the drafting and review of transaction documents and agreements.
Attend client meetings, conference calls, and presentations, gaining exposure to client interactions and negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (for Bachelor’s degree – penultimate / final year or recent graduate preferred).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and word.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Prior internship experience in investment banking, law, corporate finance, or M&A advisory is advantageous but not required.
