You will play an important role such as:
Provide legal advice or sound solutions on commercial matters
Draft, review, or negotiate agreements, contracts, and any other commercial and legal documents
Strong client focus and be able to develop rapport and solid collaboration strategies with management
Attend to ad-hoc projects and other duties as may be assigned, including at Client’s premises.
What you will need to have:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in law
Possess a lawyer’s license
3-5 years of working experience, preferably with Corporate and Commercial matters
Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken
Able to work with minimum supervision, multitasking, and manage deadlines
Good analytical skills, adaptability, able to communicate effectively, meticulous, good business acumen and resourceful
In-house legal experience would be advantageous
Experience in foreign direct investment matters including licensing matters
