Event | Revitalising Capital Markets: The Future of Capital Fund Raising in Singapore

Our flagship seminar Revitalising Capital Markets: The Future of Capital Fund Raising in Singapore, was successfully held on 7 October 2025. Together with our co-organisers, SGX Group, Rajah & Tann Asia and Baker Tilly Singapore, we are delighted to hold this key forum for its third consecutive year, at a time when market reforms and renewed investor interest are revitalising the Singapore capital markets.

Over 90 participants attended the engaging and energetic panel discussions and networking at the SGX Auditorium. Jin Hoe Koh, Executive Director & Head of Capital Markets, Global Sales & Origination at SGX Group delivered the opening address.

The first panel “IPO Readiness in an Evolving Market: What’s New and What’s Next” was moderated by See Mun SEK, Assurance Partner, Baker Tilly Singapore and featured Nathaniel Tan, CEO, ZICO Capital, Joshua Ong, Managing Partner and Practice Leader for Capital Markets & IPO, Baker Tilly Singapore, Alice, Chern Chern, Gwee (魏少稹), Director, Head of Catalist Sponsors, SGX Group, and Howard Cheam, Head, Capital Markets, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP.

The second panel “Crafting the Right Story: What Investors and Shareholders Want to Hear” was moderated by Leong Huey Miin, Managing Director, Corporate Finance, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd., and featured Lai Kwok Kin, Founder & Managing Director, WeR1 Consultants Pte Ltd and Terence Wong, Founder & CEO, Azure Capital.
