Role Summary

The Accounting Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations, and reporting. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work effectively within the finance team and across departments.

Job Description

  • Record daily financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers, utilities, and government authorities on time.
  • Handle petty cash, reimbursements, and expense claims with proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Support in preparing tax filings and liaising with external auditors when required.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, internal controls, and relevant legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and taxation practices in Thailand.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. D365, CoreMatter).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling financial information.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
